Well... the hair (color, hariderssing) and accesories(arpieces, pendants, hairdecoratios) ideas are nice...
The height is not something you can change so easily, people shrink with age... but... GW characters do no age, XD.

But the skin... they could make your skin change to higher/lower grades when you play long time in certain areas.

You select the 'base skin' and you get 5 of them. You start with the 'base' one.
Play 10 days without leaving certain sunny areas and your skin raise to the next level of 'tan': Snowy sunny areas, desserts, open sunny plains...
Play 10 days in dungeons and dark areas and your skins goes down one tan level: Dungeons, cathacombs, the torment, undercity, etc...

"Oh, my, you are whiter than normal, too much time in the Underworld, eh?"

I agree for tatoos, make-up, light jewels *smile*
And why not town clotheses, mmm ?
But not for facial changes.

The stylist NPC could be a paying service for player. So, if you buy the stylist, you can use it permanently for free.

Probably have a preview like the dye preview for armours before you get to buy the certain hairstyle/face/etc. you want.

But, do we really know if it is that easy, what if Anet too ages to do this single event, doing it once for a mass comedy event is one thing, but doing it from day - to day could be alot harder.

Now that we saw that you're able to have your sex changed, I don't see why we can't simply change our hair.

I'm really hoping to hear some official feed back on this...There's now not much of a reason to not have a hair stylist besides "we don't feel like it."
